30-Day Return Policy
You have a 30-day period from the date of your purchase to return any items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase
Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready to complete your return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Refundable Items
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error cannot be refunded. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery also do not qualify for a return.
Refund Procedure
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cameron@finixstore.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cameron@finixstore.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will go to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
